I was super agitated from my med increase. So I went a bit overboard on the melatonin. My agitation is gone. I feel a slight pleasent buzz. I'm tired but still awake. My blood pressure is fine. I just took it. My mom thinks I'm high from it but isn't worried.

Is this too much? The only weird thing thats going on is that I think my therapist is super hot right now. But I've been kinda thinking that for awhile.

I decreased my Prestiq this morning back to what it was before. Now the agitation is gone and I don't feel all restless and ****. I was never really having a problem before my pdoc increased it. He just assumed I was depressed

Anyways the only thing I'm dealing with today is fatigue from the melatonin. Besides that I feel like my normal pre increase prestiq self. Which is a good feeling

Oh. I don't know. I'm not sure what the doses of melatonin usually are. When I took it for sleep I would take like six at once and it wouldn't make me tired.

I think my therapist is hot too. Lol

I think you can get used to a dosage of melatonin and then need higher dosages to receive the same benefits. I’ve taken 10 mg of melatonin and it hasn’t helped me sleep. I think 60 is a high dose, yes but you sound like you’ve become tolerant to it.

My blood pressure is 136 and I'm super sleepy. Today is probably the worst day to take a nap though.
