My pdoc offcie just called offering me an earleir appt on Jan 3 instead o f jan 10. I wetn ahead and accepted it. i hope he doesnt mind my pcp put on vraylar while i waited to see him. i ddint ask her to. he wanted me to get help with the depression asap

How I’ve been avoiding showers bc Satan will convince me to self harm. I don’t hear him Or anything but he attacks my thoughts. Makes me feel urges like I should do it. I’m Not the least bit in danger or suicidal though so he can’t * force * me ip right?
