@HALLIEBETH87 congratulations on your marriage. Sorry you are sad.
The reason I have emotions bubble up is usually because I have expectations that are over the top unrealistic. Unfortunately things change. Relationships especially. If you are looking for an option to deal with this, I would try writing a list of your expecatations of the marriage relationship and talk to your therapist about them and see what happens.
