Have you been able to talk to him since he is in a group home?
It does sound like he is better. I know you love him and miss seeing him. I wonder if you could see him in a public place on a neutral territory? Rather than having him at your place. Meeting him for short outing/meal with other people around? Might be safer that way. Keep get togethers short.
I hope he gets better and stays on his meds |

Well he is moving to a different facility bc he went off on another resident there. At first he wasn't taking any responsibility, but today he admitted he needs therapy for his anger and impulsively. So that's good. It's just so hard and tiresome. I've been dealing with his anger and psychotic breaks for 9 years now. I love him so much, but I'm worn out!
