Could people please read my latest post to Bipolar Check In? I could not post a new thread. I need help to stop screaming at robo voices for corporations.

Is it bad to scream at them? I scream at them. It feels good since I can let out all my anger and aggression on an automatic voice instead of a human. How does it bother you?
