Woke up laughing maniacally, with my husband holding my hand. Don't remember what I was dreaming about, but how embarrassing! 😳 Wrote in my journal for a little bit and had breakfast at 2am because I had a really bad craving for a piece of string cheese. 🧀 Didn't want to end up giving into my craving so I had my usual breakfast, which was most tasty I must say and now I thankfully no longer want cheese. Going to rest for a bit and listen to some music. 🎶 Husband was hogging all the blankets but I managed to yank them out from beneath his ***, so now I'm just getting toasty warm!

Sorry so many of you are having difficulty sleeping lately. I know good sleep is critical for maintaining my mood. In that, I am SO grateful for quetiapine (Seroquel); without it I do not sleep well at all.
Bluebird, your sketches are awesome! Sometimes I think I should try to draw again. I used to be really good at sketching in high school art class, but I haven't really had the desire to try again; I am afraid I will have lost the ability and be upset by it. Ugh, I think I'm starting my stupid period a whole WEEK early. No wonder my back was hurting yesterday; I often get low backaches around the time I start my period. I'm having cramping & spotting this morning. My mood is OK though my anxiety is up. I am considering taking my prn hydroxyzine which definitely does not help as well as a benzo but it helps a little though it gives me some fatigue. I had some dissociation jogging this morning, but at least I was circling the park walkway and not running on the road. I hope everyone has a great day! __________________ Bipolar 1, PTSD, anorexia, panic disorder, ADHD Seroquel, Cymbalta, propanolol, buspirone, Trazodone, gabapentin, lamotrigine, hydroxyzine, There's a crack in everything. Okay, took me almost an hour to read through all the posts, but glad to see you guys, I've missed you all a lot. You've been in my thoughts for days.
So, I have spent the last four days traveling in the Raleigh, NC area when Helene showed all its fury. I stayed in Zebulon on Thursday night, (the rain was really bad), and then Cary Friday night with my sponsor. I had an amazing jam-packed weekend, with friends, my sober sisters, and hosted four candle-making classes which was a lot of fun. My one friend relapsed on alcohol and had to be taken to the hospital because of her bad diabetes - alcohol has way too much sugar for a diabetic. But, meanwhile in my hometown of Rocky Mount, NC that weekend...... What's left of the only Family Medical Supply store where I get my CPAP supplies from. What's left of the one of the best Chinese restaurants in town. My other favorite restaurant El Tapitio got its sign and roof blown off. Apparently it was an E3 tornado that touched down. I never seen destruction like that since 9/11 to be honest - I knew that moving to the southeast was a risk, but damn, I am pretty scared now after going through all that this weekend. Thankful that I wasn't home during all of this, I would have been so scared by myself. I even called my landlord because I didn't even know if I had a home to go home to when I heard the tornado hit. Made sure I got my neighbors numbers though when I got home on Saturday night. My friends in Asheville, NC have it SO bad, we are doing several fund raisers in the area to get supplies, food and money to them. Phew! But I survived! My parents are okay too - Greenville, NC wasn't hit too bad, just some heavy rain. Hope everyone stayed safe during this storm. __________________ Tales of Love, Motivation, and An Interesting Journey - Please Subscribe to my Website on WordPress: Inspired Odyssey's Path to Wellness and Love |

Good morning! Saw the allergist. We tested for seafood, fish, fruit, clams, crab lobster.... all the stuff I have a tingling burning mouth to and they all were negative! I have an oral allergy to them but nothing that will cause anaphylaxis.

@LadyShadow - Wow, glad you're okay and that your family is okay! I was thinking about you. I'm glad your home wasn't damaged.

@LadyShadow That's nuts! I'm so happy you and your family are okay. My aunts got hit by it too, one of them (Western NC) had her greenhouse destroyed, trees in the yard down, and no power for a bit. The other (GA) was luckier and just got really wet. I hope all you guys down there are able to recover as best and quickly as possible.

I've been talking to this guy (don't worry he's boring as hell so probably good for me) and we're going to see Deadpool and Wolverine whenever it comes to my little free secret showing place. Had low air in a tire this morning and had fun lugging the air compressor out with my fked up finger (I swear it hurts now and it didn't hurt when it was purple). I get a lot of satisfaction making lights go off without going to a shop though. That's why I like lights going off for low tire pressure and oil
Chicken wings today!!! I might preorder them because this place takes a while. I've never done that before, so it'll be a nice little learning experience. __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |

My GI office wants to see me for a follow up for the endoscopy. So I have a 1:30 appointment tommorow. I forgot I had to get bloodwork for my endocronolgist appointment next Monday so I went this morning. It was jam packed and I waited about 40 minutes.
As soon as I typed this I fell asleep for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I've been really tired lately. I got the cat to the vet for his surgery check up. No problems with him. Now I'm back at home. __________________ I'm Blue Last edited by Mountaindewed; Sep 30, 2024 at 03:37 PM.. |

I missed this place, I got back from the hospital and had to get my medication adjusted. I'm doing okay. Today I watched Alice in Wonderland, I guess I relate to it because I feel like I'm in a different world inside my head and it's hard for people to understand. I'm glad I found this place. Hope there's someone out there that truly understands where I'm coming from. My moods are okay, but yesterday I was pretty sad and cried.

Also stupidly entered my card info on an unsecured/public wifi spot. So hopefully nothing comes out of that. __________________ [Insert thought-provoking and comedic quote here] |
