Very relaxing day - just took it all in really. Laid down for two hours on my couch and just talked to God, it was so comforting. Needed a reminder that I really need rest, it is so important. In the spirit of upcoming Halloween, I've been in a spooky movie mood, so I watched "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" (which is so good and one of my favorites), and now Killer Klowns from Outer Space, which is just absolutely ridiculous, lol.

Spent some amazing time with my boyfriend tonight, and now I am just relaxing before bed. So amazing to see everyone posting and doing well - hugs to those of you that may be struggling - looks like we've all been pretty much getting some good sleep!

Wasn't there a scene from Killer Klowns From Outer Space where they went into some drug store and started making a mess for some reason? Idk why but I remember that.

I'm kinda stressed right now. Its just anxiety and high blood pressure and the kids have been here and have been screeching and asking for stuff all night. I took another sitz bath today since I had issues again last night. And I'm trying to take care of the blood pressure issue right now with pepcid. I have some chest pains and anxiety but what else indicates heart issues. Like do you just show up to the ER and say I think I'm having a heart attack? They will look at you like you are Boo Boo The Fool. Idk. I'll try just sleeping it off.

I do feel a lot better when I'm not lying on my left side. Not sure thats good regarding the whole heart issues. The pepcid didnt help.
Possible trigger:

There was some big news story about a massive shooting on a highway in Kentucky but then they switched to the Bill Mahr Show and I'm like "ok" guess its not a big deal.

Idk why they are all like "breaking news, mass casuaulty incident numerous victims." and then its like 5 people who are in stable condition.

This girl on Reddit was *****ing that the hospital didn't admit her with a 145/107 blood pressure.
***** my blood pressure was 158/100 at the doctors and they didn't say anything. Calm down.

Yeah. I'm still nauseated and cranky from it.

Up and can’t sleep. I slept too much yesterday. And Vraylar can give you insomnia.

I spent $83 at clothes mentor yesterday. Got several cute things including a Colombia fleece that still had tags on it for $25!

Good morning! Thank you for the warm welcome back!

I woke up around 5 am and went out to gas up the truck and car. That slight chill in the air felt so good that I grabbed an iced chai latte and sat in the park watching the stream. How lovely and invigorating. After, I went to the store for golden delicious apples and fresh flowers.

I took mom and me to get our new Covid boosters yesterday. Everything went well. Her dementia is becoming very pronounced now. Nothing I can’t handle. I’ve put a stop to her cooking and driving now for the safety of all. She’s not just my mom. She is also my friend.

I cleaned out my 3 huge storage units to save that money for traveling the world. So excited! Up first is Bora Bora and then a cruise to Alaska. If I won the lottery, I wouldn’t have a set address. I’d hop from country to country. Sigh…what a dream. I had some really beautiful furniture and antiques in there. I made sure it went to DV victims starting over and single moms who needed to catch a break.

I hope everyone has a restful, peaceful Sunday.

I slept from about 11:30-6:30 straight through. Ever since I got these new pillows and started listening to Peter, Paul and Mary I've been sleeping pretty decently. I was pretty nauseated this morning until I took my last 2 nausea Tums. I feel good now. My anxiety has been fine. I think I need to lay off the beef jerky though with all that sodium.

I think Kohls has Columbia fleeces on sale regularly for $25. I know I've gotten a few before in a variety of colors.

I’m hoping that Robert will wake up soon. Knowing him he was up till 7 am playing video games then isn’t going to get up till 3. It’s only noon now. My phone didn’t charge last night because the extension cord it was on came out of the wall. I’m so hungry!

My thoughts are with those of you struggling and I'm happy to read about those of you doing well.

I slept well last night and have been productive today. I exercised, showered & had breakfast, put away groceries from a grocery delivery, dusted, vacuumed, and washed the sheets.. I read 50 pages in my new book from the library, washed & folded 2 loads of laundry, took care of the cats, and put away dishes. It's quite a bit more than I usually do but not so much that I'm concerned about hypomania. I'm ready to have a relaxing rest of the day

Good afternoon, I slept really well. Haven't done much today other than read. I took a short nap this morning. I did take a shower though. Trying to muster the motivation to clean my apartment. I'm just procrastinating on it. It's not a big mess or anything, I'd just like to get some basic stuff done, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen surfaces. That's really all that needs to be done. And laundry. I'm drinking coffee right now and hoping for a burst of energy to get it all started at least. If I don't finish till tomorrow that's fine I just at least want to get started. Usually once I start something I finish the hard part is to stop procrastinating and actually start. I usually get the motivation AFTER I start something.

I feel pretty good though. Looking forward to the upcoming week. It's gonna be a busy week but a good week. I think maybe to get myself to clean I'll reward myself by watching a show or something when I get some of it done.

I have a violin lesson tomorrow afternoon

I had a 7 hour sleep so I should be rested, but I’m not. I had a very long dream that was frustrating and envolved my ex husband. I suppose because my friend ex husband died yesterday my subconscious went there? Ah well. It is Sunday, nothing I have to do. I tried going back to bed but naps have never been in the charts for me. I read that people who take naps live longer…oops, not me.

I could get dressed and see if the others are playing games downstairs. There’s nothing on tv and I’ve already completed two coloring thingys on my phone. Can’t get into my book. I’m antsy, and want to go somewhere but can’t think of anyplace to go.

I'm enjoying a lazy weekend. I feel good these days. I've had a really rough time with my sister's mental health crisis but she is now stable and I feel so much better about that. My meds had no issue this month (anxiety about that really affects me), and my new job will actually be starting soon. I'm in a good place for once. I'm leaning into living life again. I'm learning to be active again. I'm progressing, and that's a very good thing.
