In person he told me I could take 50 at once if the 25 didn’t work. So yes. Plus I can message him though the portal any time. They say it takes 3-4 days to get back to you but both times I messaged him before he got back to me in a day and that wasn’t an urgent thing. So if 50 doesn’t work I’ve always that option.

25 would not put me to sleep. In fact a few times I've taken 25 when I was very anxious and knew that 12.5 was going to help and I didn't get even slightly sleepy. 50 is more sedating.

I woke up early because I woke up coughing in my sleep so hard I ended up getting sick. I feel groggy so I wouldn't mind dozing off for 20 minutes.

Good morning, I slept pretty good. Woke up early and watched a couple episodes of Pokemon and an episode of The Witcher on Netflix.

I've been treating myself in the mornings to hot chocolate made with almond milk and splenda. Since I'm not drinking coffee anymore it's nice to still have a warm comforting drink in the mornings without all the caffeine. I know there's still technically a tiny amount of caffeine in cocoa but it's so miniscule compared to the 7 cups of coffee I was drinking every single day so it's perfectly okay. And it tastes pretty good considering I'm not really generally a fan of artifical sweeteners but it's better than going overboard with sugar which is a bad habit I have too. I'm enjoying it, it's a healthier alternative. Plus it satisfies my sweet craving.

It's a nice chilly rainy fall morning. I have the heat on right now and am listening to music while my cats eat their breakfasts.

I took my walk. There’s something about cold weather that is just really energizing and clears my mind really well of anxiety.

Gonna do the treadmill later too. But I am gonna start taking a walk outside everyday from now on regardless of weather. Cause the cold is really helpful to me. And getting outside is important too , getting fresh air.

Oh when I was on my walk I noticed a sign on a commercial building that stated that a boba shop/bubble tea shop is coming there soon! I’m so excited. I love boba tea! It’s right down the street from me too. I’m definitely going there as soon as they open.

This sleeping thing is getting worse and worse. Went to bed around midnight and woke up at 1:11am - got up and set the timer on my TV and went to the bathroom - then slept again till 6am, got up, then slept again till 7:30am, got up again and did my morning routine, then collapsed on my couch from 9am to 10am. It's really driving me nuts what's going on here - even with my CPAP I am just restless.

Possible trigger:

I am thinking that frustration is what is keeping me awake like this. I feel like I am entering into mania, even though the thoughts aren't racing, but the hypersexuality and spending a lot of money is kicking in and we all know those are clear signs. Have appointment with my pdoc soon - I am on very little medication, so it's getting concerning.

Idk if the coughing in my sleep and then getting sick was related to the meds. I am pretty drowsy today. I took a 20 minute nap before another coughing fit woke me up. I think I'm ok now. I haven't had any valium today. I'm going to try not to take any.
