The regular hospital. Internal intestinal bleeding. Colonoscopy in the morning. Been up since 3 am. It’s almost 9 and they haven’t brought my meds yet.

Just getting actual room here at 12:30 am. Got a nasal cannula of oxygen as they didn’t have a Cpap.

It’s 12:20 pm Saturday and my mom had to get my ingrezza from home because they couldn’t get it here. That keeps the akathisia away. I’m so tired.

Haven’t had a colonoscopy. Feeding me only broth as if I am but they said I might be sent home and do it outpatient. So I won’t be going home till Monday.

They're doing it Monday inpatient. And I just ate real food! Macaroni and cheese with sweet potato and milk. Ordered tomorrow's food and then I'll be npo Monday at midnight. Was talking with Caleb on the phone. Took too long of a nap. Got a slept too long headache. Maybe I should take a shower. Tedious but not difficult. So I'll be here a while. Yuck on the gallon of go lightly. Colonoscopy Monday.

Now drinking the prep. It always gives me a headache.

Did the prep! Took six hours but I drank the gallon of go lightly. Now I can have water till midnight then nothing. My blood pressure was a little low -90/60- but she retook it and it was normal.

I hope it’s not a problem that I have that **** yeast infection. I’m not doing the prep again!

I told them about it in the ER.

I’m still here. They doubled my blood thinner dose and want to watch me until tomorrow morning. I see my primary doctor on Wednesday. The colonoscopy went well. I have hemorrhoids inside. One must’ve burst. That just a guess.

Ohhh honey, I hope things get better soon. Sorry you are going through all of this. Let us know the official dx, hopefully it is just from the hemorrhoids. Rectal bleeding is scary, my brother has ulcerative colitis. How are you holding up being cooped up in the hospital?

They let me out this morning. Vitals normal no more bleeding. Dr said it was internal hemorrhoids that were bleeding. I left before the nurse could go over discharge instructions by mistake but she called and said she’d snail mail me a copy and she emailed a link so I can set up a portal to see my results too. My back started hurting this morning from being in that bed for days. But I’m out now! Follow up with primary dr Thursday.
