Hellooo I’m stressed. I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to vent. I have to find a new provider because I see mine through mindful care every few weeks for barely five minutes. I’m bipolar type 2 & it’s an odd feeling to see that in writing on my medical history. But I need to find a new provider as I still don’t feel the best about my meds and I have racked up a large bill. Anywho. Writing more lately which is good for me. Self care and stuff ya know
I’m tired of switching around trying to find a decent provider it makes it really hard to seek care |

I have been fortunate enough to stay within one building. I have moved through a few psychs and therapists. They come and they go. But it has been a continuity of the same care. I hope you can find someone you can mesh with soon. It is all a journey to get us to where we need to be.
