The bumps are worse even with the anti fungal. I’ve been sleeping a lot today. I ate something at least.

Saw pnp just now. She wants me to wait for the Vraylar to kick in and to come back in six weeks. Seeing my case manager now. Then my last therapy session later.

My mouth is better. Saw all three people at my psych office today. My nurse practitioner who prescribes my psych meds agrees with Caleb- mixed episode- mania and depression at the same time. Caleb refused to come see me this weekend while I’m “sick”!
