Just curious. I think I've mentioned that I use an online support forum to my old T but I haven't to anyone else from the team.

My therapist knows I use a site for mental health support but I don't tell her the name of it. My mom knows more but just so she knows what I'm doing on my phone a lot.

I've never told my pdoc anything about it, so I doubt it.

When I was in therapy, I had mentioned finding this website. My pdoc doesn't know though.

My therapist knows, not which site. she knows I'm on Reddit too. But she's very thankful for you guys because you keep me grounded when I can't reach out to others.

My therapist knows I use a social forum for mental health, but not by name. She encourages me to both give and receive support from it.
