So My senses seem to be heightened. Candles, music, noise, light, everything. I can't figure out what mood I'm in other then frustrated, agitated, I'm sleeping fine. Eating is off, Spending...well I have no money,
Possible trigger:
. How do I figure our what state I'm in.

That happens to me when I'm hypo too. Everything sensory is blown up to huge versions.

Are you on an antidepressant? I know I nearly always have to have the dose reduced about this time of year because I get hypo or manic if not.

I have senses overload whether I'm up or not. Just when I'm up it's even worse than usual. I don't know if I am this way because I'm highly introverted or if it's something like being near an autism spectrum in some respects (though I am not autistic by any means). Just things overwhelm me all the time, like going to a shopping mall or a zoo or a festival things other people seem to think are fun just are pretty much sensory overload for me. And when hypo, it is exponentially worse.

Do you have a weighted blanket? Mine makes a huge difference in my ability to calm myself.

i get super sensitive to noises and anyting in between when hypo. one *** social worker told me i was nacrissitic becasue the jackhammer going next door to the crisis unit where i was staying was too much for me. it kept going for hours and it was LOUD and he coudlnt see why i needed ear plugs. i mean it was LOUD and lasted liek 2-3 hours. there was no escaping the noise either. so i get it. grated i had akathesia goign on too and they didnt catch that so i was really agitated beyond my normal self
