I’ve been sick with the blood clots since about the 24th of last month so almost a month now. That plus multiple drs visits and ER visits- one for possible heart failure- and seeing a cardiologist and the follow up visits from the ER and the exhaustion…. I think it’s all added up to depression. That and my mother being mean to me today really put the icing on the cake! I see my primary dr in the morning and Wednesday I see my Pdoc which is just a coincidence. Then next Monday is my MRI. It seems never ending!

That is just way too much stress
 Remember back in the 80s they had these Stresspoints, like getting fired was 50, being sick was idk, and if you got too many, you were more liable to get sick. I think everybody probably ticks half the chart nowadays. But these are a lot of different health stressors for you.

Well now I feel hypomanic!
 I don’t need an MRI which was at 11:30 pm in the hospital basement ! My apartment is spic and span. I am saving money not having to pay for parking twice plus money to change my piercings to plastic and back again for said MRI. My primary dr gave me a clean bill of health! My blood clot is gone. And now my friend is coming to visit! Yay!

Went grocery shopping today and walked way more than my pcp suggested yesterday. Then I came home, ate lunch and took a 2-hour nap. Now I’m listening to music sitting on the couch.

Seeing psych NP and case manager tomorrow. It’s been a couple months. We’ll have lots to talk about.
