Ya Like most bipolar we use drugs and alcohol to kill the pain and I used alot i think it was a death wish or i just didn't care at the time .But the first thing you have to do is STOP using its the only way .
Meds don't work when you use and on the right meds you can work on getting better. Whats funny is most people who use act like they are bipolar when they are high as most of us with bipolar use to feel normal and when we stop using we act nuts but you have to get on meds. and goto treatment if you true wont to get better. I all so made friends with other bipolar people and helps alot ! ! ! Know one understands and its just so hard trying to fit into a world that just doesn't think or feel the way you do.

I cant begin to tell bad my life got .I lost it all wife, kids , cars ,houses jobs wrost of all my peace mind .If there was something bad that could happen it did .

I can tell that it can get better with alot of hard work . The hardest work I ever done in my life .For the frist time in my life i dont hate my self for being who i am .Im back with the wife and kids I dont have much becouse I dont work yet but I happy about who I am and you cant put a price on that .

Not ever day is good but the bad days have be come less and less.
hang in there there is a way .
