Not quite probably what you're asking but I was a compulsive gambler(pokies)for 20 yrs but have finished with them now(4 yrs)but it was a compulsive behaviour and know now it sustained the highs big time.

I constantly pick the skin off my lips. I don't know why. My husband can't stand it.

I will chew on my pinky or my fingernail on my pinkies. People hate it because when I chew on my pinkies you can hear the cartilage in my finger cruching...and then if someone shows that they're really disgusted...I'll do it more just to gross them out!!! lmao!!!

I am a picker. Not exactly like what you are describing, but if I see a bump, or a scab, or a hair not where it should be I HAVE to pick at it and would love it if my husband or kids would let me pick at them too, but they don't. :P Anyway, you aren't alone. When I'm stuck somewhere and I can't get away and am agitated I wring my hands, chew my fingernails, write lists, or even rip napkins into little bits.

chow. yes definitely chow.
today had a large bowl of cereal, half a grapefruit, 2 egg omelet and a small baguette of bread with jam ontop for breakfast ( yummy). then 2ish hours latter had 5 strips of bacon with 4 waffles and maple syrup (delicious).

the good news is it motivates me to obsess over the calorie out side of the equation by working out. I'm not heavy (yet) just really busy.

compulsive behaviours
