There is justifiable anger when inocent people get hurt or attacked by anyone regardless of mental illness.
Personaly have found that all other anger is driven by my self to my self, because the truth is that no one can make us angry unless we let it. The personal batles which turn in to excuses and blaming others when in fact we are covering up truths about ourselves, and not knowing how to handle it. Hope you find peace. |

Let me just say it doesnt come from me. It come from somone in the medical field that is suppose to be there to help me. They have major attitude, speak ugly to me, treat me like im stupid and dont deserve to receive help. I've already made a complaint. But yesterday was presented with her again. The first time i met with her i left crying. Yesterday i left so enraged. I wanted to go back in there and drag her through the window and treat her the way she treats me. I would never be that ugly with someone and i dont deserve to be treated that way either.
Having gone through that. My anger is built up inside and i'm trying to handle it in a calmly manner with speaking with my pdoc about this. But it is almost impossible to speak with him when this person is one who will not pass on the message that i need to speak to him.

It sounds like you have a totally justifiable reason to be angry. Some people deserve to get smacked. Then again if we do the smacking we could end up in jail or court or worse. I hope you are able to keep your calm. Then again it might help to smash a dinner plate or two against a brick wall. Just a tip; throwing ice at a brick wall is just as satisfying and a whole lot cheaper.

My pdoc finally called me back today. I explained to him what happened the other day. He told me the receptionist also made a complaint to him about it and many other patients have made complaints about her being racist to all patients who arent of african american heritage. My pdoc said she is being reassigned to a clinic in the city where she should have no problems. He said another nurse will be replacing her next week and he looks forward to not having problems with this nurse.
I feel better now knowing that i no longer have to be put in that position.
