When I go through these cycles of feeling euphoria and depression can this be bipolar?should I tell my psychiatrist when I see him in a few weeks?

Definitely tell your pdoc. My cousin has bipolar disorder and that's how he is. It's information that he/she needs to know to treat you properly.

It may be mild Bipolar, or transitional phase, best to talk to your pdoc, if you have been seeing him awhile, had an evaluation, etc. he should of picked up on it, unless it is so subtle.
But, if I were you I'd talk to him/her.
Being female with cyclic hormonal stuff can mimick the things you mentioned, so being female, and bipolar is really a curse can this be bipolar
