I've been in a down swing for at least the last 5 days, and doesn't seem as if it is going to let up any time soon. Have had that lump in the throat more times then I care to count, not to mention the knots in my stomach. If I could cry I would, but that will not happen.

I was hoping for perhaps a little relief from my session today, all it did was increase the feeling it seems. Pretty much feel like digg'n a hole and crawling in for a while ( no I'm not going to do that.) It gets really really hard to try and maintain at the moment

DueNorth,

I am sorry you are feeling so down at this time.

Was your therapist able to give you any idea how soon, your mood might start to swing the other way?
