Hi everyone.

Last night I had a touch of hypomania/mania. I had the racing thoughts thing going on (music over and over again). Needless to say I had a tough time falling asleep.

My wife could not fall asleep either. I wasn't moving around too much so it can't be that. She usually falls asleep fast.

Could I be transmitting something (brain wave?) her way causing a disturbance? Or, maybe it was coincidence.

It's probably just a coincidence. She also might be so in tune with you that she could sense the tension/restlessness in your body even though you tried to stay still. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes a pattern ...

hope that helps a bit!
