Hi i'm new here. I just recently moved into my own apartment last week. I've had this overwhelming feeling of depression and feeling alone and some anxiety. I don't know if it's the new apartment or that i had not taken my medication. Maybe it's both.
There's a feeling of slight terror and inner shakiness. Almost like i'm afraid.
It's worse in the morning when i first wake up. I was wondering how other's experiences were in living alone and how long it took to get use to it.

I think most people are excited about having their first apartment.

You gotta take those meds! If the meds suck, then maybe ask for a different kind. Lithium zapped away my depression dramatically in 5-6 days. I was floored by that effect.

In the meantime, you could invite people over?
