I don't know why I do this lately, but for awhile now as soon as I wake up in the morning I shake uncontrolably, really bad like anxiety feeling which I take xanax for and, as soon as I take xanax eventually it calms down, it's like a anxious feeling sorta, I'm starting college soon, and I don't know if i'm so excited over that? But, this has happend before for awhile doing this. I have bipolar, and anxiety and I been diagnosed with acute depression. its just very annoying and my arms, my hands, and basically my whole upper body is doing this. Anyone else have this problem before? I have been on lamictal for awhile..don't know if this is a side effect?

I have had this. I described to my doctor this way: As soon as I wake up I feel this inner tension. It feels like anxiety, unrest, stressed. It was caused by my reaction to Antidepressants. BPs are not supposed to take them generally.

He also told me that this was manic behavior. I dunno.

I also have this problem. I take my lamictal and klonopin in the morning and like ya'll it usually subsides in 30 minutes to an hour. But, %#@&#! i hate trying to hold a cigarette feeling that shakiness.
