I am feeling so shakey and anxious. I cannot stop having tears come as something is invading my mind. I feel the need to scream or run and hide. This shaking is filling my whole body but the words elude me as to what I need so much to say. It is like I am cold but I am not and I feel scared. Cannot type fast enough. Not for my mind. Is there anyone out there that can here me?

Yes, I hear you.

Do you have a therapist? Anyone else to call? Or, people here...

You have remembered something that has traumatised you, you are in pain ..... it will pass....breathe darling, breathe and put your mind in a place of comfort...somewhere happy and relaxing, this happens all the time to me, I have to sit and concentrate hard on a happy place, a beautiful place, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly, evenly .... we care and we are here...... holding you tight, Jinny xxxxx

hugs, gentle, soothing hugs xoxoxoxoxoxo

Thank you for your support. I do have a therapist and I did take something for this. Jinny you are right, something has come up in my mind and I am scared to let it go. I will breath in and out slowly. I am feeling a bit easier now too. I love you all and thank you so much for caring.

I wish I could help you ... I am feeling so shakey.................................. ........................

Can you go exercise? Or take a hot bath? Even just let yourself have a good cry... that will take a lot of energy out of you.

I am feeling so shakey.................................. ........................ I am feeling so shakey.................................. ........................

Thank you. I am going to write it down so I can get it out of my head. Somehow to stop the running in circles. Thank you jinny. I love you.

You could also try jogging in place to drain off some of that energy that comes with anxiety. Also, you'd get the endorphins that would help.
