Not only do I have a problem sleeping, but sometime I dread going to sleep because I never know from one day to the next how I will feel when I wake up(assuming I will wake up).

How about you?

Any problems in this department?

Dennis

I posted not long ago about sleep problems so you might want to read that.

I pretty much know what is going to happen the next day, though I wish I didn't sometimes- someone would wake me up at 4, say, and hand me a bag full of clothes declaring "We're going to Disney World! Hurry up and get your shoes on!"

Mines a bit reversed...my thoughts are if I can only get to sleep things will look different...sometimes they are...sometimes not so much...

Thinking groundhog's day with bill murray...

I can usually tell what my day (or at lest the next few hours) will be like as soon as I wake up (or don't wake up) in the morning. Like, if my mom knocks on my door, and my eyes pop open, I hop out of bed and turn up the radio, I'll probably be hypomanic. If I open my eyes, look up, yawn, get up, sit up in bed for a minute, and then pick out the days outfit, I'll be normal. If I feel like and elephant is laying on me, and that I'd rather die then wake up, and when I finally do wake up I'm in tears, then I'm definetly going to be depressed. If I wake up in any of the above manners, turn on the news, and curse, rant and rave at the idiots on the news channel, (e.g. - "Damn you bob! Shut the hell up about the windy conditions. No, Bleepity Bleep Bleep, I don't want to get back to Joe!!" ) then I'll be all over the place.

Lately, I want desperately to sleep, but am afraid to fall asleep because of nightmares. Yesterday, something I saw on TV triggered an unexpected response and I was miserable the rest of the day. Last night, the nightmares were especially vivid.

I know how you feel
I dread going to sleep (although I desperately need it) because of disturbing nightmares and what I'm like when I wake up.
The docs put me on medication though (which still havent taken) that should help me sleep without the disturbing nightmares.

(((((dennis))))) take care,
Molly
