Well, Im not to sure what to say..but it sounds like your just under a lot of stress...Takes some time to calm and relax...If you have them odd or screwed up dreams that freak you out..there is an online dream dictonary. I go there everytime i have some off the wall dream..and it kinda pin points things at times. Idk if that helps or not...but i try

Here are some hugs.

I am having issues with meds at the moment, too, and balancing them with their side effects(too sleepy after one, not sleeping when manic because another doesn't work) and my symptoms (hallucinations).

Hi Jai-Jai,

My heart goes out to you--so sorry you are having such a difficult time right now.

I agree with Ann--her question about what meds you might be on. It is not unusual that meds cause nightmares or even night terrors in some people (different meds cause it in different people.) Elavil (just 5mg--yes just 5) did it for me. I hallucinated too. I suggest you discuss it with the doctor who prescribed the meds for you. S/he may want to adjust your dose or even try something else entirely--its worth discussing with him (or her).

You need to take care of yourself, no one can do it like you can. I think most of us here worry at least a little bit about what our families might think, so that's normal. But, please, don't let that fear stop you from getting the help you need. We'll all be here to cheer you on or be your shoulder to cry on so let us know how you're doing, okay?
Wishing you health and peace, JourneyUpward
