i think i may be bipolar and i dont know what to do im just so tired of ppl telling me that and running away good friends and having regrets after i go out and do something stupid making a fool out of myself or spending ALL my money on things i dont need

have you been assessed by a pdoc? once you are given a diagnosis perhaps then you can feel better. labels are everything but pdocs can be so helpful with explaining what's going on.
you mentioned shoppiing for things you don't need. i'm bipolar and used to do that all the time. now i'm on meds and i don't have that symptom half as much. keep posting, we care for you and do understand. ![]()
