It used to happen only when I was manic. Now it happens all the time and has been like that for a loooong time now.

I hear music playing in my head pretty much 24/7. Obviously it's not the worst thing I've been through and I'll take it over other worse things but it's still really annoying sometimes. I hear it day and night. It's always random clips and verses of different songs like a radio in static or something. I asked my DBT coach about it today and she said I'm doing so much better now and this could be my new baseline. I'm gonna be practicing mindfulness and see if it helps.

Anyone else deal with a radio loop in their head? If I tell my pdoc he will probably just label it auditory hallucinations.

I frequently have music playing in my head or think I hear a phone ringing or music when there is none.

I have had times in my life when I heard non-stop music in my head. Every single note, amplified. I think medication helps me.

I don't get music I get consistent chatter. I can't make out what is being said. I get the phone ringing when it's not.

Just saw my pdoc for monthly appointment. I was dumb and told him about it and hownits been happening for a year now but I just have been ignoring it and not really talking about it. He increased my haldol back to 5mg at night.
