Hey babe, 2 of 1, 20 of the other.........bit like a snake biting its tail.......just goes round and round......

I guess, deal with what you can and get help with the stuff you can't. Stress perpetuates everything.......not just bipolar symptoms. I find the bipolar stuff I need help with and the stress stuff I have to write lists about and have some kind of plan........if I can't think straight, then I know its bipolar making me "fuzzy". I don't think I am making much sense at the moment......

Sorry babe, trying to help but not sure if i have........get help.......talk to your T or a good friend.......logic prevails.

I am so sorry you are cycling so bad.

YES stress is a major factor in bipolar!!!!!!

A HUGE factor.

Try as hard as you can to manage the stress. Call your T if you have one. Call a good friend. Get on Support Chat.
Journal. Paint.

I am sorry, I know how it feels.
