Well, I can't answer that question but if it is any consolation to you, you won't be alone in the abyss cuz I'm already there but hope you can derail your train and make a u-turn back on the up-swing. Could use a little TLC, starting to fade

NOTHEMAMA: I may be quiet and seldom post, but I'm keeping track of you. Sorry you're slip-slidin-away at present. Hang in there!

Cycle up soon, or I shall be forced to take drastic measures. Too bad if my cheerleader outfit frightens the neighbors! However, rain is rat-tat-tatting pretty heavily against the windows right now. It's a river out there. One false step, and my pom-poms would be so soaked they'd drag me under. I might never be seen again! Or, I might be found in a storm drain somewhere, dazed, guarded by a giant rat that pins me to the slimy floor. What if that rat should suddenly stiffen, then bolt in terror and disgust? Well, duh! It noticed the cheerleader outfit.

<font color="red"> (There it is! The smile that crinkles the corners of your eyes.) <font color="\">

ALSO......wondering if pdocs ever give some leeway, letting a person adjust or add meds somewhat at different parts of the cycle? I'm thinking that would be helpful. Could use a little TLC, starting to fade

Could use a little TLC, starting to fade
AND.....it never occurred to me that it's possible an alter can't be medicated. Did you say something to that effect? Is it also true that alters are not affected by your cycles? So theoretically a nondepressed alter (or even more than one?) might be available to support you during the bad times? Wow! I hope that happens for you! Could use a little TLC, starting to fade

WELL....I'm off to the CrazyMeds web site! I like to hang out there to learn a bit that might help you and me. You don't have to come along unless you want to. I know how you feel about the kind of language the web site creator uses. Could use a little TLC, starting to fade

Angie, I'm so glad to hear that you're doing much better. I never really know what to say about this kind of thing. Probably why I don't post much here. But I want you to know that I do read in here and I'm thinking of you.

Angie, I'm glad that you're feeling better. Please don't let my depressive state bring you down. Back away from me if you feel it might. I don't want that to happen to you and I would feel very guilty if it did. Please protect yourself and make yourself the priority. I know that the depth of my depression is not easy for others to deal with so please don't forget about YOU!!! I wouldn't want it any other way.

Thanks for the compliment. I try to support others, even when I'm depressed. Sometimes if I'm deep in the abyss, it's a little harder to do, I can barely even read posts then but I think it is important to offer support as much as we can to others when they need it.
