Welcome Blueangel

It is great to see such enthousiasm. We havea weekly chat on DBT in the chat section on a Tuesday and it is great, we also have a DBT social group where you can post situations and get a DBT perspective on in. You need to join the DBT social group in social groups section to be able to post in the forum. Looking forward to getting to know you. I sense you are a winner in the fight against BPD
