BPD is a daily job. We have to stay on top of all of ouyr triggers and try to be around positive people. I go to DBT each week and I have learned alot. I am having a tough time right now but hang in there and reach for what you are good at. Do a pros and cons list or write your positives in a journal do what ever helps. Write to me anytime. I know how you feel.

Erica

Yes I am the same but after much therapy, DBT included my bpd has lessened greatly and I am now able to lead a relatively normal life and am happy.

Good Luck

HI, I am new to BPD, I have been diagnosed with Bipolar but have all criteria for BDP and have told docs before and family as well. I haven't talked about this with my current psych but know he doesn't do DBT. My last doc recommended dBT but I am having trouble finding psychs, therapists in my area. Does anyone have any suggestions on finding a doctor to treat with DBT. Thanks
