I feel completely disgusting, disgusted
Can't and won't post how I'm feeling as I don't want to trigger.
Even the smilies aren't freakin "adequate"

Fuzzy I'm so sorry you feel this way. Has something happened? Underneath anger is hurt, someone has hurt you .... I hope you are feeling better now, Muffy suggested going for a walk, take in the surroundings, it's always healing if you can find beauty outside. Maybe go onto utube and find a relaxing piece of music or a healing clip.. there are hundreds .. I love the water ones, the rain or a waterfall ... Wishing you a better evening, take care K xxxx

urg i HATE that feeling!! it absolutely consumes me sometimes and it feels like i am trapped because everything inside me is repulsive and everyone and everything outside, well i know this will make me sound egotistical and i do wonder if you get this too because otherwise it is just me being purely horrid again, but sometimes i honestly feel everything was created to p*ss me off and then everyone was created to rub in how ridiculous i sound and how inadequate i am for not seeing the glorious gift of life. The smilies are never adequate for me, i don't like them much but nor are words much use most of the time. They never convey anything right. urg, totally gone off on one about this without offering any sympathy...but i dunno about you sometimes i just can't do/hear that. Ahhhhh!!! i recommend splurging it out somewhere, maybe a journal....it won't feel like it does much good but at least it'll keep your mind fairly busy. sorry i'm not much use today!
Thanks for this!

(((fuzzybear)))

I hope that you've gotten some relief from the misery . I've been there too many times to count. Working off some of my anger with exercise, cleaning, nature walks really helps me through the anger.

The trick, for me, is recognizing the emotion and event that triggered the secondary emotion...anger. Writing in a journal and calling a group therapy friend to talk helps me get through my primary emotion. Not "over" the emotion, but the emotion is less intense and no longer fully obtrusive. If you don't have anyone that you can talk to on the phone about the darkness, there is always the support room here which might help. (I haven't tried it in my dark times personally, but that's what it's here for, right?)

Best wishes

Shez

I feel the same at times too Fuzzy, like today even. Yesterday I was feeling ok, still self-critical and numb but ok. I have to believe that things do turn around as it's what keeps me going. I've seen your other posts to people here and have seen your sweetness and sensitivity but that's something, in these states, that we find hard to see in ourselves.

Hopefully your day today will be better. You are not disgusting at all.

be well...

Chris
