I'm not used to good moods! And they come at a very strange time in my life. And now I am all over this forum! Things are going well and now I'm afraid!

(And apparently, I have a thing for exclamation points!!!)

It would be nice not to mess this up!

It's so rare an occasion I get a clear window of opportunity...

I'd like to take it with PC if I can.

Hey sweetie, nothing wrong with exclamation points!!!!!!!

Moods can be good or daunting, they come on at all sorts of times for us don't they? Happy one minute, feeling like you could scream the next

It happens, I'm one for going and sitting alone for a bit, each to their own I guess, I just find I can breathe and get myself grounded a little better if I have time and space to think and write .... (poetry). Always helps .... I hope you are feeling better, good to see you again, Kerry xxx

AlteredState01,

When the crappy mood strikes again, remind yourself of today's good mood. It's a wonderful thing to recall that moods ordinarily don't become permanent. So when we feel stuck in a never-ending "life sucks" viewpoint, it's great to have tangible evidence that life doesn't always suck afterall!!

Enjoy this great day AlteredState01. It is wonderful to be feeling pretty good ~ enjoy it!!

Shez
Thanks for this!
