I feel paranoid too but in a different way. All comes down to whether I've upset people. In a way it feels like I'm being self absorbed, people have better things to do than not like me or be upset by what I do or say, I just feel like certain things may be my fault and it makes me feel wretched ....when you're healing it feels like you are entitle to opinions and you're confident enough to speak out, then when you voice them the nagging feeling comes back that maybe you overstepped the mark??? Sorry for the rant, Ophelia

![]() Keep practicing and I think you may discover that the likelihood of others being upset with you is much less than you expect, and that there is a range of responses you have available to respond with if others are upset. ![]() |

Echoes I know what you're saying .... thank you for replying, I guess part of healing is learning like you say to 'practice' and to work out the options .... (((((((((((((((echoes)))))))))))))))))
