I actually feel content, so I'm just enjoying this feeling Therapy is going well, and I'm actually moving on and not stuck anymore

Even tho I was at funeral today, and it was sad, but thats a normal feeling to have.

Ahhhhh, pinkcorr, thank you for sharing your positive thoughts with us

It can be so easy to write at times when we're angry or sad. But, sitting down in a positive state of mind, to write a few lines can be so encouraging. Especially as a reminder to refer back to when you need some encouragement!
