I've read this before, probably more than once. But now, almost 3 years into my psychotherapy, it is clearer to me and it is very helpful to me. So, I thought I would share it with you.

http://www.guidetopsychology.com/bpd.htm

The site also has an interesting Question & Answer section. It's the site I used to learn about psychotherapy and types of therapists.
Thanks for this!

Echoes, wow yet another amazing insightful article on BPD from you. Thank you so much, I have printed it out and am bringing it to my next T session next week. I feel better already having read it. It is written is a very accessible logical style.I have always rejected the notion that I was full of rage as I didnt express it as an emotion in the common sense, but now from reading this I realise that I internalise it and thus am consumed with rage. I am going to make a list of events and triggers that offset that rage, I can now see a light at the end of the tunnel. Again I am indebted to you, you fountain of knowledge.
