You do it because you do not know any other way, dear one. Please do not be so hard on yourself. Emptiness is one of the fundamentals of feeling or lack of, with BPD. Within the scope of what you are dealing with, it is normal.

It is one thing knowing how you feel, and another to act on it in a positive way. We only know how to change behaviour when we have the necessary tools to change it. The healing comes when we recognise and get help to deal. To change the way we think......ergo, change the way we behave.

Know that you are not alone.......I have felt a similar way many times over Know that you are loved for as much as you push away, you will always bring back.

In stillness,

Michah
