I spoke of my ex in an earlier blog, Well next chapter is I had lunch with her this last week and she told me she is trying to enjoy her life and meeting new friends, she still needs time and space, she tells me "never say never" about getting back together, her heart is heavy about if rather or not she did the right thing in breaking up, she jumps all over the place, for someone to have BPD, the significant other will go thru hell with them, is it easier to move on or should you stick by them? tough question, especially when you love them ??????

Wow, tough question, as a mother and girlfriend with BPD, i know I put my boyfirend through the ringer, my issues are one of the reasons we are not married. I think is is based on a case by case realationship and the persons personality on the recieving end of BPD. I am constantally struggling with myself and feelings and in counceling and work hard at it every day, but each day is diffrent and he never knows how I am going to be. All I am saying is that if you are willing to go through everything with this person and know that it is going to be constant work, then that's your answer. Only you can say if you are willing to deal with her BPD for the rest of your lives.
