I try to look at people as they are, but I fall in the trap of thinking about them as either good or bad. It gets me in trouble!

It is hard to turn off the internal critic, the one who categorizes things...

Practice just be aware, letting your thinking be an observation...without judgement.

funny just before i logged on here i was thinking the exact same thing! I find it frustrating. I try to not let the little things that people do set me off but it never works! If anything trying not to makes it worse, i can never win!
