I'm a little slow today...just a little sluggish. But I'll be there, trying to take us a little further into why we don't ask others for what we need/want, and looking at how to communicate with someone when we are very, very angry.

I want to make the chat topic a little clearer: it's communicating instead of withdrawing.

We all know the withdrawal move....the chat will offer two strategies for avoiding the loss of communication and the loneliness and despair that comes with it.
