For me one of the worst things about my BPD, is that horrible feeling of emptyness, fear of being alone,

Yes, that's a tough feeling to deal with but you do each time? My worst feeling is the feeling of helplessness.

Be careful though to not "dwell" on your fear of this feeling (that you don't have this moment) as it will pull your thinking that way. I'm not saying thinking about something "causes" it but what we focus on is what we focus on! Pull your thinking the other way and focus on healthy topics and things that are going well and what is happening in the current moment instead of what might happen in the future, which we can't control.

I agree with Perna. Try not to dwell on it. Distractions work the best for me. Doing something to "fill" the emptiness. Walking, going out with a friend, talking, playing on the computer, etc.
