i often think of my old friends and lovers. some were very quick to leave me, not fully understanding my illness, and some (bless their heart) stuck it out with me for a few years despite the hell i gave them.

if i could see them all today and apologize, i would in a heart beat. but they have all moved on. i hope they wish the best for me as i wish the best for them.

Celebrate your personal growth as a way of telling them.
You see things now that you couldn't before because you are willing to look and give yourself room around your thoughts. I think this is a wonderful statement:

Quote:
i hope they wish the best for me as i wish the best for them.
And I imagine they do.
Thanks for this!
