I was speaking to a counsellor on MSN (well she is one apparently) about my problems but I was in a bad mood. I was upset because I haven't got a boyfriend and she said "do you go out?". I said no. I don't know what made me worse. Speaking to her made things worse and I said oh I want to hang myself. I started blaming her for making me feel like this. I deleted her after. I make things worse, this could be a sign I have to watch out for? I then spoke to my friend and he made me feel worse and then I strangled myself and I felt better. I sometimes be rude and make things worse, I also have anger for a period of time.

I think bearing in mind this post and your other one about this 'counsellor' and bpd, you should not speak to people who want to give you diagnoses across the internet when you don't know who they are. I also think, like I said in the other response I wrote to you, if you have concerns about your mental health you should see your GP, rather than trying to figure out what is wrong with you online.

It's ok to be curious, but I just see you could do a lot more damage to yourself in delaying a diagnosis when you clearly see that some of your thoughts/behaviours are detremental to you and also you could cause yourself unecessary distress trying to figure out what is wrong. Regardless of what the actual diagnosis is or could be, you clearly feel something is wrong and trying to figure out what is wrong with you won't solve those problems or anything.
