I've been up for two hours and have already gone from pissed off to tears to joking round and back to pissed how am I suppose to finish work like this ?

Sounds like you have been 'rapid cycling". Are you on any medications? I would talk to my pdoc about it because there are some good meds out there that help slow the cycling down. My 'magic pill' is Lamictal which is what I take in addition to the anti-depressants. I hope this helps.

I'm on seroquel and abilify and I don't think they are working to well the way I feel today

My experience on seroquel was that it made me so jittery and anxious, and when I told my pdoc he UPPED the dosage! Needless to say I found a new doctor and no longer take seroquel.

the seroquel is pretty new so maybe it is that I don't know
