I feel so horrible, I have visitors tomorrow too and I don't think I can cope First time today that I got myself dressed in 3 days, I have shut myself off from the outside world, I go in the bathroom and cry and I don't even know why I am crying

I hate feeling like this, I had a knife in my hand before ready to cut myself but I put it down.I hate this BPD crap
