...going right back..all the way...
to the basics...I remember the mindfullness education I had now... like .. I put a bit of cold sore cream on my lip cos it's perhaps cracking a little and I layed back and felt it kinda workin' to help the problem....because last time it cracked really badly and there are other things when times are tough just to go ...hey!.. it's alright I am messed up...! but nuthin' can get any worse right? so I put cold water on my face...or I eat a peice of toast and feel the toast go inside me and do it's thing... or I put a pillow behind me where it feels best and allow it to comfort me... or I use those tea towels from up on the top hooks after all what?..are they doing there is there a special occasion... it's all the time for borderline.... it's difficult but there are sensations around that don't hurt like in a crisis kind of way. I am tired of crisis.. |
