I know no ones probably gunna be interested but for those who were kind enough to offer their support, im back from A&E - loaded up on dizaepam with 8 stitches in my arm. What a fun night that was.

Sorry you can't get the help you need. The right mental health help often takes so long to find. I've had to wait 6 months for stuff, or I get referred to somebody useless and have to start over. I'm finally with the right T for me. So keep trying, you will eventually find what you need.

I noticed there is a Self Injury forum here. Maybe that will be of some help. I went to one at another site and it was very helpful - I don't know what stage you're at with it, but at the time, I just needed to understand what the heck I was doing and why because it caused me so much anxiety.

Welcome back! I feel ya. Having a really rough day myself. Breathing isn't working, nor are my anxiety meds!!! I'm going to try and go hold ice in a few. Chin up girl...it happens.
