Im sitting here at work wanting to cry... and just cry...
Why oh why do I drink? I don't think Im an alcoholic but it makes me do crazy things.. like drink more... text guys on my phone.. invite them over.. and almost sleep with them... why am i so needy?  The worse thing is i did this last night with a young kid that works here... Soon the whole office will know... But! i didn't sleep with him but i was all over him.. Frack.. I hate my self today.. I hate myself.. I hate that i do this.. This is my pitty party.... And i just wanna cry.......

Oh God you just explained me. Hide your phone, stay off the internet (if you have to) and put on some music or the t.v. Sometimes you will "find" your phone but it gives you a moment to really think should I be really finding this phone???

Big HUGS Brit!! I've done that (too many times to count) and made myself feel aweful the next day, or hour... Don't be too hard on yourself! tell the ppl at work it's 'none ya'.. aka none of their business!!

Thanks Everyone! Im so glad this isnt just me.. And I dont understand why i keep doing it.. i know its wrong.. i do it so so so much... less often now but still...

I want to cry today too, but can't. My anxiety is really bad. I need to go hold some ice. Hang in there. I can't drink hard liquor or it makes me send out e-mails blasting people for all the wrong they've done in my life. Had to stop drinking that stuff. My wine kills my anxiety. Can't drink today cause my husband left on business for the rest of the week. I'll cry with you though.
