Of wanting to cry... I can feel it.. right behind my eyes.. in my nose... it wants to come out.. i tried to before work... but couldnt.. Its there.. It wants to come out.. and when it does it will....

And in my throat and chest...and when it does it will!! I completely understand.

Do you have a plan for when you have a meltdown "crying spell"? Someone to talk to when you do? Don't forget us here!!

Raggedy, Pysc central is my plan.. I don't have anyone else... So I have you! That I know!
I don't think I've noticed it in my chest and throat yet.. My chest just feels heavy and having anxiety and i feel like its hard to breath.
