As some of you know I've started my blog again, and I had so many things to write about, but I have writers block this morning. I had two more, but now I've forgotten them. Sigh...let me know if you have any good ideas to write about.

Stephen Fry's documentary on bipolar (if you haven't sen it, you should). Books to read Workbooks Therapy (what happens and what methods) the importance of being in the present, mindfulness.

Great documentary. I wrote about it, and thanked you. Chaotic, I also wrote about your ideas, and thanked you for them. I just wanted to thank you both again. I got some great writing done, and it was therapeutic. I can see how far I've come!

Writing prompt: A 14 year old girl is in detention for fighting. She is sitting against a wall on the floor. She sees a popular basketball guy, a senior, is in detention, too. She wonders why he is there. He ignores her, but she watches his every move and observes what he wears, his mannerisms, his way of amusing himself. Her inner monologue. Go.
